Tools & Calculators

Simple, private tools to support your recovery — no sign-up, nothing saved.

Sobriety calculator

Enter the day your recovery began and see exactly how far you have come — down to the day. It runs in your browser, and nothing is saved.

Why a day count matters

Recovery is measured in days because days are the only unit that is always within reach. A year is abstract; today is not. Counting gives shape to something that can otherwise feel formless — and on a hard afternoon, seeing a real number attached to the work you have already done is often the difference between riding out an urge and giving in to it.

The count is not a scoreboard, and it is not a moral rating. It is a record. People who keep one tend to notice the same things: the early weeks are long, the middle months are quieter than expected, and the milestones that matter most are rarely the round numbers.

Who these tools are for

Private by default

Everything here runs in your browser using only the date you type in. Nothing is stored on a server, nothing is sent anywhere, and nothing is shared. Closing the page clears it. There is no account, no email capture, and no sign-up — you do not have to give us anything to use these.

If you would rather your count carried itself forward instead of being re-entered, the Twelva app tracks it for you alongside milestones, meetings and a private journal — but the tools on this page are complete on their own, and free.

What is coming

More tools are being added as we write them: a money-saved estimate, a units-and-drinks calculator, and a milestone timeline. They will follow the same rules — free, private, and no sign-up.

Recovery that meets you where you are

Twelva supports every path — 12-step, SMART, secular, and faith-based.
