Delete Your Account
You can delete your Twelva account and the data tied to it at any time. Two paths below — pick whichever fits.
Option 1 — From inside the app
Open Twelva and go to your Profile tab.
Scroll to the Data section and tap "Reset All Data".
This permanently erases every reflection, journal entry, mood log, HALT check-in, relapse log, and sponsor-chat conversation stored on this device. If you have cloud sync enabled, also tap "Cloud Sync & Offline" and choose "Delete cloud data".
This wipes your account on our servers, including any synced backups.Sign out (if you signed in with Apple or Google), then uninstall the app.
Your account is now closed. Apple/Google manages the sign-in record on their side.Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address tied to your account and we'll process the deletion within 5 business days.
Send a request

- Your sobriety date, streaks, and milestone progress
